I am trying to take the test but it is showing up distorted on my computer screen. What should I do?

It may be a web browser issue or firewall issue. Please make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version. The test works on IE9, Firefox 11, Mac & Firefox 3.6.28 PC, Safari 5.1.X and the latest version of Chrome.
